Terms and Conditions for Adrian Worsley Gallery Tours
Tour Guide:
Tours within the ‘Adrian Worsley Gallery’ are conducted by Adrian. He will lead the tour and provide information about his displayed artworks and his working process.
Tour Duration:
Each tour runs for an hour (strictly).
Punctuality:
We request that tour groups arrive on time. Adrian reserves the right to cancel the tour if the group fails to arrive promptly.
Payment:
Payment for the tour will be collected at the gallery entrance. The organizer of the group is requested to present themselves at the door, introduce the group and make a payment for the entire group.
Group Size:
The minimum group size for each tour is 10 people.
Gallery Access:
Groups are not permitted to linger or stay beyond the designated tour time (it’s a working facility).
Toilet Facilities:
Prior to entering the gallery, if required, members of the group are requested to use the public toilet facilities which are just around the corner.
Reservation:
Bookings for gallery tours must be made at least five days in advance. Failure to do this may result in unavailability.
Communication:

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
Liability:
Adrian Worsley Gallery and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the tour.
Conduct:
All participants must adhere to respectful behaviour and refrain from touching the artworks unless expressly permitted.
Discretion:
Adrian Worsley Gallery reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual or group from the premises if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
Photography:
Photography may be permitted during the tour at the discretion of the Adrian.
Feedback:
Adrian Worsley Gallery welcomes feedback and suggestions from tour participants to improve the tour experience for future visitors.
Modification of Terms:
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the tour organizer to review the terms before making a booking.
